Welcome to the PG Diploma in e-Governance (PGDeG) Admission Portal.

The Government of Kerala conducts the one-year Post Graduate Diploma in e-Governance programme to build capacity among employees for implementing and managing e-Governance projects. The programme aims to develop skilled human resources capable of managing IT divisions in Government Departments and other organisations.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must satisfy the following criteria:

  • Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as on 1 January 2026.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with working knowledge of computers.
  • Additional Advantage: BSc (Computer Science / IT), BCA, or Diploma / Certification in Computer Applications.
  • Preferred Qualifications: B.Tech, MBA, MCA, or MSc (Computer Science / IT).
  • Preference: Preference will be given to members of the Virtual IT Cadre.
  • Departmental Nomination: Each Government Department / Board / PSU / Autonomous Body may nominate a maximum of 3 qualified officers.

  • Valid Government ID Proof / Age Proof
  • Educational Qualification Certificates
  • Experience Certificate / NOC, if applicable
  • Signed NOC issued by the concerned Department / Board / PSU / Autonomous Body, wherever applicable
  • Selection Criteria adopted by the sponsoring organisation
  • Deployment Plan indicating the proposed role / project / utilisation of the officer after successful completion of the course

  • Fill Personal Information.
  • Fill Service Information.
  • Fill and upload Qualifications.
  • Fill and upload any additional Qualifications.
  • upload Photo & Signature.
Fill information carefully.

  • Upload photograph, signature.
  • Upload qualification certificates.
  • Upload any additional qualification documents.
  • Upload Name Proof.
  • Upload Official ID Card.
  • upload Age Proof.
  • Download NOC format from portal and upload NOC
